🍤 Highlights & Experience

Real Experience Report

Visit Period and Companions

July 2024, visited with my wife, just the two of us. Atmosphere suitable for both couples and solo sushi enjoyment.

Order Contents and Impressions

The appetizer “White Corn Cold Soup” was strongly sweet, smooth texture, exceptional. The all-you-can-eat sushi is a style where you order your preferred neta by calling out to the owner each time. Every piece of sushi was incredibly fresh, especially the uni and botan ebi had a melting deliciousness. Due to the deliciousness, I also ordered additional sashimi. Time required was about 1.5 hours. Sat at the counter and had light conversation with the owner couple, and also received a surprise service of Shine Muscat grapes.

Atmosphere and Service

Passing through the modest entrance, a calm interior spreads out. Each time sushi is served over the counter, the owner couple’s smiles and polite words accompany it, creating a special time. A comfortable space that’s high-class but not overly tense.

Notable Points

  • High completion from appetizers, moving even before eating sushi
  • Anecdotes that celebrities (Shohei Ohtani, Yu Darvish) have visited
  • Completely reservation-only, avoiding crowds for leisurely enjoyment
  • Few tourists, strong local atmosphere

💡 Practical Information

Notes

  • Payment is cash only depending on the plan
  • Shop is on the 2nd floor via stairs, not barrier-free
  • Interior is calm, so smartphone use should be moderate
