🍃 This Visit—Room I (18.44㎡)
We chose the largest of the three rooms, Room I. It’s a self-contained suite: a tatami sauna, a cold bath and shower immediately outside, and a Japanese garden rest space beyond a door—the complete sauna cycle in one private room.
🔥 The Sauna—Tatami Mats, No Bench
The sauna room has tatami flooring with sauna mats laid out—there’s no fixed bench. You sit or lie down however feels right, shifting positions freely as you heat up. The indirect underglow lighting along the base of the wooden wall is modern without being harsh. The sensation of bare feet on tatami in a sauna is genuinely different from anything in a standard facility—softer, more grounded.
Step out of the sauna and a cold bath and shower are right there, making the hot-to-cold transition seamless. Then open the door, and——
🍃 The Rest Space—A Japanese Garden Beyond the Door
Opening the door reveals a Japanese garden view—white gravel, stones, ferns—framed by a large window. Stone-shaped cushions on a low tatami platform, natural light, complete silence.
