【Sapporo · Odori】Taste Many Sakes! Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery Shop ‘KAMIKAWA TAISETSU Sapporo’
🗾 Introduction
KAMIKAWA TAISETSU Sapporo is the Sapporo antenna shop of Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery (Hokkaido), on B1F of Showa Building, Odori-Nishi 5-chome, Chuo-ku. The author visited on October 18, 2025.
Important: the shop is not inside Sapporo’s underground pedestrian mall “Chikaho.” At the same time, Odori Subway Station connects directly via underground passages to the building—easy to reach without getting wet. It feels like a quiet hideaway for sake fans tucked into a super-convenient Odori location—that contrast is part of the charm.
Paid tastings offer a very wide lineup, often more affordable than similar pours at restaurants. Staff are attentive and kind, so even beginners can ask for advice.
